Pros

There are bonuses and the salary is in time

Cons

They force you to work for 2 entire years to get a full time contract and before that you only get 1, 3 or 6 month contracts that continue one after another, so you can't even take a bank loan or anything and they can fire you after 2 years before they give you a full contract and they will just hire someone new instead to do the cycle again. Oh, you will also get only a fraction of the salary if you work on the same job someone else is working in Germany.

Pros

So many good things to say so I'll just list them -Great PTO package and plenty of Holidays -6% match 401k -No micromanagement mentality, great work culture -Great work / life balance -Fair / above average compensation -Lots of company events such as baseball games and picnics -Fulfillment that the work you do drives renewable energy

Cons

Lots of long tenured employees nearing retirement and worried when they retire, the position will not have the same level of expertise and experience.

Good place to learn if employees are willing to teach.

Cons

Poor management. Little room for growth. Very little pay increases. All employees are not treated equally.
