      Large international organisation with huge diversity. Lots of good people and lots of good business units within Fletcher Building.

      Cons

      The previous CEO bought short term gains at the expense of long term pain. Many restructures, job losses, costs cut etc. This is all coming home to haunt Fletcher Building now through: Loss of knowledge and experience. Collapse of workflows. Lack of structure
