Pros
Experience gained by working on different projects and the people that work alongside you.
Cons
Bullying culture in some areas of the business if you are unlucky to be in that area. Luckily I wasn't but saw some bad behaviour that they keep appointing bullies in management roles. Location wasn't the best for me as had to leave home before 6:30 and then ended up working well over my 40 hours, with no Leave in Lieu. It was expected that you don't get it therefore quite inflexible when they wanted to play nasty.
