Micro management culture, you will be timed on entry and departure, regardless of if you have done your work or not. This results in very slow paced & boring .work, great if you are looking for absolute minimum brain engagement, terrible if you are looking to actually develop yourself. Work life balance is good, but you will be incredibly bored at the job, so the time will pass very slowly.
