      Pros

      Loose work environment. Very smart employees especially IL. I loved working with my co workers just not the company. It may have just been my site but once the trust worthy people were laid off all that was left behind were managers doing the best job they can to retain the rest of the staff. Needless to say that did not work at all.

      Cons

      Frequent lay offs. Promises of promotions that don't exist.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
