      Pros

      Had a leader by the name of David W., this guy was the best. Looked out after everyone did a hell of a job. He left and it never was the same. Have continud on, but very dysfunctional company. They are more lie an investment bank than a mfg co.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
