Pros

Entry positions are super laid back. You can listen to music while you work via one earbud.

Cons

Management are stingy, don't hide their favoritism, pay new employees with no experience more than experienced and longterm employees, and retaliate in spite of company policies denouncing such actions. Employee complaints aren't taken seriously. Victim of fat shaming? "Oh, he's probably just joking." Making unsavory race comments or mocking people with disabilities? "We are sending her to another leadership seminar."

Pros

You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

Cons

Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
