      Pros

      Flexible hours for workday. Pay is okay. PTO is decent, 15 days & 10 holidays. Overall, a friendly workforce.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance is a huge problem. Engineers are often moved between new projects, which contain VERY aggressive 'ramp-up' schedules to build & qualify a line to produce sellable product. These periods last for months and regularly 10-12 hour days & working weekends. Upper management makes the decisions/schedules, yet know nothing about the practicality or work involved. They don't listen to their staff.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
