      Pros

      People on the shop floor are kind and understanding, most diverse workplace I've been in. Could work there for life, if you're into that kind of easy-enough work to be mindless all day and just get by.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing rules and protocols, resulting in site wide confusion on the schedule of operation. Long hours, tedious and repetitive work. Tools go missing between the 10 or so techs that rarely communicate between each other.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
