Pros

They raised salaries as price of living increased. It's a decent working environment, with zero tolerance for hostility

Cons

It's an aggressively corporate environment. What does that mean? It means that any concerns you have go up the ladder until it reaches "the managers supervisor", an untouchable entity that you never meet or see, who lives in the clouds or something. The size of the company makes it hard to know who is even the CEO. There's very little community or communication. Also, 12 hour days are terrible

Pros

Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

Cons

Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

Pros

You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

Cons

Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
