      Pros

      Decent work/life balance depending on the project. A lot of opportunity to learn many different functions and not be restricted to only the duties of your title.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't that great, pay raises really only account for cost of living, and little opportunity for promotion. Their business model isn't designed to retain talent, just cost reduction.

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
