      Pros

      good bonus and you have an American schedule. But very short time to eat. The corporate offices are in Guadalajara.

      Cons

      no career development and there is no opportunity to higher level positions for women. the salaries are low compared to other similar companies.

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
