      good exposure good projects and excellent learning experience great work life balance kudos to the strong transport system paid well

      nothing i had good exposure with my first company .i couldn't think of any negative points because the company has a good brand name .

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
