      Big global corporate, great experience for those who enters into the world of Electronics Manufacturing. Well established processes and KPIs

      Too complex hyerarchy structure, lots of employee's wastes (excessive and useless positions), employees initiatives are not appriciated, rather autocratic environment - corporate HR is setting the rules of the road.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
