A lot wellness programs for staff, practice good culture especially leaves are staff’s right and will not be penalised or reviewed in performance if fully utilised. Greatly empowered to do work independently and more than what we’ve have been authorised.
Cons
Sometimes Business not stable due to contract manufacturing.
