      Pays the bills The work isn't particularly difficult. Opportunities for career advancement due to revolving door of people leaving and backfilling internally.

      Cons

      Politics** - Especially for promotions/raises. Customer runs everything, not Flex. No merit/inflation pay raise in 3 years. Bonuses are a joke. No training, everything is OJT.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
