      > Superb L&D Deptt for great SCM learning along with courses which no other company would provide > Good global SCM exposure > Best for freshers who want to deep dive into SCM

      Cons

      >Too much work pressure(deadlines) >Even thou we work along with on site SCM team, it feels like we work for them instead of with them (slavery mindset) > Not even Indian management helps out, always say YES to whatever Onsite team tells > sometimes feels like working in BPO >average salary

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
