11ySince receiving this feedback we have implemented a few new processes to help address some of the areas identified for improvement in this review. First, we have implemented companywide quarterly meetings. These meetings are attended by every employee in the company and review our organizational goals and objectives for the current quarter, current year and five year plan, our progress in achieving those goals to date and next scheduled steps to work towards achieving goals. In addition to providing our employees consistent communication on our vision and plans to achieve our goals, these meetings have become a fun event for the entire company to get together, enjoy refreshments and discuss both recent successes and plans for achieving future success. Additionally, we’ve begun rolling out a formal annual review process with quarterly check in meetings to ensure employees regularly receive performance feedback and have an opportunity to discuss performance expectations and growth goals with their manager on a regular basis.
