Pros

Decent work-life balance. Exposure to a wide range of enterprise customers and technologies

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership, with frequent changes in direction and promises that often go unfulfilled. Employee well-being does not appear to be a priority, reflected in repeated rounds of layoffs. There is a sense that the company lacks a clear and consistent long-term vision, which makes it difficult to feel confident in the organization's future

Thank you for this feedback. The work-life balance and breadth of customer and technology exposure you mentioned are things we hear consistently, and we're glad those have been meaningful parts of your experience here. We understand why periods of change can feel unsettling, and we're sorry that's translated into a lack of confidence in our direction. Transparency and follow-through from leadership are things we hold ourselves accountable to, and we know we don't always get that right. That said, we do hear a different story from much of our organization. Many employees tell us they feel connected to where we're headed and see the decisions we've made, including difficult ones, as part of building something more sustainable for the long term. We recognize that experience isn't universal, and that's something we continue to work on. If you're willing to share more, we'd welcome the conversation. Please reach out to HR directly. Feedback like this is how we improve.

Pros

I am part of an amazing team at Flexera and I love what I do! The peace of mind and flexibility the company offers, I have not seen it anywhere else! I am valued and empowered in the work I do and my contributions I bring to the table.

Cons

Lack of training programs, mentoring, or clear pathways for internal promotion.

Pros

Good remote working options are available

Cons

Direct leadership frequently used 1:1 meetings to discuss personal matters rather than tracking project timelines, yet would later blame subordinates when timelines slipped. It was an incredibly uncomfortable environment where it felt impossible to succeed. Good ideas would be implemented and well-received by others, but direct management would find something negative to focus on, like claiming it took too long Communication from direct management was passive-aggressive and often crossed professional boundaries. The language used in team settings was frequently inappropriate, including the use of highly offensive, derogatory language disguised as jokes. I was uncomfortable most of the time I worked there.
