Pros
Flexjet sticks out in all the companies I've worked for as one that takes care of its employees. It's not something that I say lightly. I've worked for places that claim that culture is key or that "we're like family," but Flexjet lives those values. It's a place where you can establish a long-term career--it's expected. Far better than other companies where you see constant turnover or where employees just view that company as a steppingstone for something greater. At Flexjet, you have employees with long careers at the company who execute on their jobs well. It's refreshing to be around such smart and talented people who truly care about making the company better each day.
