Pros

You definitely learn a lot in the job and dip your feet in the industry Good employee benefits (health coverage all paid for, unlimited PTO, free lunches everyday if you go to the office) Decent WFH equipment options Amazing people to work with

Cons

You'll end up doing a lot of work that isn't your responsibility with below-average pay. There is no difference between a Specialist and an Associate, yet Associates get paid more to work even if you're handling more projects. Your hard work is also barely acknowledged in the department depending on what team you're on, and there is definite favoritism towards males with projects that are assigned. You'll like it here for a couple months but after burning yourself out from doing work seniors should be doing with no acknowledgement and with pay that's a little above minimum wage, you'll probably start looking elsewhere.

Pros

The compensation was strong and competitive, and it was consistently the best part of the job. If your priority is pay in the near term, that piece delivered.

Cons

I struggled with the lack of stability. It rarely felt like the ground was solid, and that uncertainty was hard to sit with over time. Return-to-office expectations seemed to change more than once, and I personally didn't find the reasoning behind those shifts clear. It was hard to plan around. I also found the performance review process difficult to trust. In my experience the outcomes didn't always seem to line up with the actual work, which made it hard to feel like I knew where I stood or how to grow. There was A LOT of turnover in leadership during my time there. With direction changing frequently, it often felt like priorities were in flux, which made it next to impossible to stay oriented.
