Pros
Friendly PTO policy, would be burned out without taking a lot of time off
Cons
-Terrible compensation package and work-life balance, hourly salary, RSU package is nothing compared to other teams -Major divides in regional knowledge and structure, management making major decisions in the northeast and they can't even tell you what the GW bridge is -What was supposed to be working one holiday and one weekend a year turned into 4 each - Management is tight on employees taking overtime but could care less about storage payments/mistakes that are $10k+, those that go above and beyond are not rewarded even if it means 15 minutes of overtime for saving the company in a $20k storage charge - Upward mobility is non -existent, 1.5-2yrs for specialist or associate to get promoted minimum, push for outside hiring/contractor hiring means you really have no chance - Toxic work environment between teams as operations is looked severely down upon, work culture becomes unbearable and un-motivating
