      Brand name and the popularity in the market

      1. communication gap 2. Missuse of power by seniors 3. unfair decision by management 4. Employee is terminated on the basis of wrong information provided by supervisor/senior to the managenemt. 5. the lower staff has no right to explain, even if does, no action is taken. 6. If something gets missing from office premises, lower staff are treated as thief and without any proof they are held responsible for it and salary is deducted.

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
