      Great Work environment lots of responsibility given Plenty to learn Learn by doing No one stops you from doing as much as you want Young and energetic working environment

      Cons

      Due to the amount of work, longer hours may be required. Since the industry is young in India you do not have many stalwarts to teach you from experience

      Pros

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
