      Culture, Motive & Vision of the Organisation as a whole, Great people. Very good environment to work in. Efforts of the employees will be recognized & will be rewarded. Non-existent Hierarchy. Encouragement & motivation to perform better.

      Pros

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
