Pros

Casual Dressing, Food(only if you sit in the same building as the programmers)

Cons

Inexperienced & lousy management, Undeserved salaries to programmers and a particular type of trainees, Senior Managers who would at max be a senior executive in any proper company( especially mine), Ludicrous hierarchy, Improper salary structure(for instance, 4 guys with same designation, experience and skill get highly varying compensation), Favouritism and Discrimination, Top level management which treats its employees like slaves, No holidays, about 70% of employees are truly unhappy with the company( it's a fact!!).

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
