Pros

If you are graduated from IIT or IIM don't think twice join if you have get an offer. Other graduates I would advise you to stay away. Descent Food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner in almost all offices except for customer support guys and Warehouse guys. No dress Code. Less work Pressure.

Cons

Compensation and Policies are total crap. Performance management system is pathetic. The quality of your work doesn't matter, your growth depends on how good you can pamper your managers. Too much of politics and favouritism prevailing inside the company. Current management treats older employees as idiots.

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
