Pros

It has been good experience for the past one year working with Flipkart. Very good salary and other great stuff.

Cons

Work is not that great as the amount of hype is created. If you just bother about salary, this is a good place to work in. If you care about work, this is certainly not the company you should be looking for.

Pros

1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

Cons

1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
