      Pros

      Job Freedom, Pay and Allowances were amazing. Management did not micro-manage and supported employees in the field. Management were sometimes unclear in goals for field teams.

      Cons

      Work - Life balance was difficult due to the nature of the job but also from management over scheduling projects.
