      Pros

      Job Freedom, Pay and Allowances were amazing. Management did not micro-manage and supported employees in the field. Management were sometimes unclear in goals for field teams.

      Cons

      Work - Life balance was difficult due to the nature of the job but also from management over scheduling projects.

      Fun new media. One of the newest and most exciting companies in San Diego. Great benefits through Qualcomm.

      Sr Management needs to execute on one strategic vision with intensity.
