Pros
You can do homework while at work in an incredibly laid back and relaxed environment. The pay is also pretty good considering the fact that you have such an awesome job
Cons
The scheduling can be weird sometimes, especially when working the freshman residence halls, but that gives you a better chance to accommodate your work schedule with your school schedule
