Pros
Incredible natural environment to work in, wonderful, dedicated staff, and plenty of resources to draw from. It is an organization with a wonderful mission: to protect the wild lands of this unique island.
Cons
Sometimes one wonders about some of the things they do that do not really support conservation. Big emphasis on tourism and changing for things, which, while it brings in revenue, detracts from the many conservation challenges they face. The leadership has suffered big losses in the last few years which will be felt for a long time. Some recent bad press about the CEO and the leadership.
