Pros

Good pay, especially if you get a good route. Decent benefits. Management will work with you for doctor visits and the like. Coworkers are nice and free beer on holidays. Hours are what you make them. Start earlier, work faster, finish earlier.

Cons

EXTREMELY hard work. Burn up to 2000+ calories and walk up to 15+ miles per day, very repetitive lifting tasks (hard to maintain back and knee health over long term). Not for someone who likes breaks or taking it easy at work.

They sometimes dont pay out the bonus offered. Work life family balance. Senior Leadership does not care about their teams.
