Pros
Not trying to be facetious, however I can not think of any.
Cons
Very long hours, and very low pay considering all the work that you do. This WAS a great company to work for when it was Schenck Company. They weren't afraid to spend a little money on employees to make workflow better for everybody. When Reyes Holdings bought the company (Summer 2011) they cut more than a 100 jobs within a few weeks. Sales rep routes went from 39 to 26, and currently is less than that. Sales routes went from about 10-12 stops per day to 15-18 per day. My pay went down about $7,000/yr, and I was working about 2-3 hours more/wk. To add to that, we had to start driving our own cars. They did give us a car allowance, however it was a complicated formula that definitely did not cover expenses and wear and tear on my car. Sales reps really don't have enough time to service an account properly because of added stops. The "Evil empire" as I call them, don't care about what work load the employees have, just that their bottom line is profitable....at the expense of the employees. I could go on and on, however I do not want to sound like just another disgruntled employee. Just very happy i'm not there anymore.
