      The people were great, my coworkers were all fantastic people who would do anything to help teach me how to succeed. Varying levels of experienced advisors working in close proximity allow you to make a timeline for career development. Young company with lots of entrepreneurial drive. No commission cap Limitless opportunity

      Vague descriptions of compensation create confusion on how you get paid. The pay floor is 0 if you're not good at sales Expect to cold-call a lot Work-life balance, 11-12 hour days Perpetual competition between peers High turnover

      Pros

      There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
