The training process and leadership have been two of the most valued aspects of that have helped me at FFA. I believe our younger employee base is an advantage compared to the rest of the industry. The commission based compensation is another advantage that we lean on.
Cons
Here in Orlando, the office has felt light this year, I understand that our net gain is -3, and I am looking forward to helping Eric turn this around, but most days it feels like there is only 15-20 people in the office. Coming up with a gameplan for those that miss time, is crucial. In my opinion, it is not a good look to have people miss weeks at a time or only be in the office once a week, therefore if we stick to the norm of be here follow the calendar, we will have more people in office and numbers will reflect that. Also, having a full office, will help newer advisors see the vision that we are explaining to them.
