      Pros

      I value the independence that Florida Financial Advisors offers to it's employees while also provide immense amounts of guidance and mentorship. I also value the opportunities that are made available for rapid advancement in early career stages for leadership roles.

      Cons

      FFA could be better about teaching leadership and managing a team of advisors. I feel like I have been provided minimal training when it comes to being a manager/leader and have sort of been left to figure it out alone. Steps in the right direction are currently being pursued so I am excited about what the future brings.

      Pros

      There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
