Pros
Great Benefits, Simple job for daily collection practices. Great jump off point for career with another company. Good place to get an understanding of what great benefits look like.
Cons
Low Pay with no Room for Advancement. Basic state job. Working against same co-workers for the same promotion. Promises made but never kept but was most likely only within the single department for I worked within other departments within the Univeristy that created the opportunity for advancement.
