Pros
Free Lunch, that is literally the only upside.
Cons
Completely understaffed
Wage not worth the work, tips do NOT make up
Zero communication from management to staff
Absolute Chaos.
You are expected to completely give up your personal life at the drop of a dime for this job. With the understaffing, if someone is sick there is absolutely no one to cover. Calling in sick, having an emergency or god forbid taking a vacation is simply not an option (unless your one of the few favored by management) and you will be made to feel guilty about it. Things will happen on your days off that no one will tell you, and when you do whatever it is, you will get in trouble even when management failed to tell you. This job is a huge test of your mental health, and there is no room to “grow” or “move up” in any way, shape or form. Good luck.
