Upper management provides little guidance and lacks efficient communication. Too much is asked of a single employee, there is not enough time to get everything done. Management provide ineffective training and does not give you the tools to succeed, you are left to "figure it out." No opportunities for advancement. Pay does not reflect the responsibilities asked of you. Very little PTO, you are given two paid holidays (Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Days), five floating holidays (may only use two per quarter) and five vacation days.
