Pros
Flow is a stable and growing company, family friendly, employee oriented and is very involved in the community. In the Customer Relationship Center, and throughout the company, honesty and transparency to our customer is a driving force. The benefits are good, and there is an emphasis on employee health, including an onsite nurse and fitness center.
Cons
There can be internal and external pressure to perform. This is sales... If you are not goal oriented, self-motivated, good at multi-tasking and able to learn new things on a daily basis, this is not the job for you. That is not a "con" for the company but something to think about if you are considering a position in the Customer Relationship Center.
