Pros
You can make good money here but it is by no means consistent if you are a flat rate technician. Scheduling is erratic and communication with customers is terrible.
Cons
The biggest problem here is poor management. Management chases numbers instead of customer or employee satisfaction. The service and sales department is by no means an efficient machine here. Terrible communication between departments and from management.
