Cons
Management provides no training or direction when starting as promised in hiring process and signed documents. Toyota gives learning not Flow. No leadership from 90% of management and lazy practices such as managers sitting down all day playing Pokemon go on their phones, rather than talking to customers. Pay is not equal to the work put in: 200 flat rate for new vehicles with managers pulling of flow pro pack, which gives sales associates no chance to earn the potential additional of 250. Employees should be paid a living wage and Flow does not do that. Their insurance is based in NC even though you work in a VA store.
