Pros
The food is amazing. The location is beautiful. Outside of upper management, we all mostly got along just fine together. There is room to grow in the company, but don’t let them take advantage of your hard work.
Cons
False sense of organization, when things might really be falling apart. Upper mgmt visit often but won’t even make eye contact with a non salaried employee. Not a great culture you want to promote in a place that is designed to make customers happy. The pulled tips are from the entire day across all cashier/server staff, which can lead to tensions and frustration. The hiring ad for here lists a weekly pay rate that is very deceptive. You need to work a lot of hours to make good money here and there’s no such thing as an easy shift with all of the side work that has to get done.
