Pros
The job is easy and casual, you are assigned a position for that day and basically do it the entire shift.
Cons
On the other hand, it's so easy that it's boring. When I was hired they only put me on bathroom duty and that was the extent of my work. All the shift leads vary on what they expect out of you and it makes for a confusing environment.
