Pros
Good food, up-beat environment, always something to do.
Cons
How your day went depended on the manager on shift. Some were sweet and always willing to let you take extra food home or go on a short break, but others would be rude and stingy. On at least one occasion, a coworker walked in on a manager gossiping about my coworker's health issues with another employee. Closing duties are completed by a very limited number of people and you get in trouble if you do not finish it in the allotted time; it is clear the managers have no interest in giving even an extra few dollars for the store to actually be clean. The employee discount is only around 30% and you are only allowed a break and a free meal if you're working a double shift. I worked many 10 hour shifts without a break, paid or otherwise.
