Pros
Good pay scale. Provide uniforms. Coworkers for the most part are friendly and helpful. Good benefits
Cons
Management. Can't make plans because ur schedule is all over the place depending on ur position. Favoritism. Hot work environment. Have to work there for 3 YEARS before u can get 2 WEEKS vacation. No PTO or sick days until you've been permanent for a year. Any missed days up to that point will accrue points...of which you only get 5. Miss a day...2 points gone. Few minutes late..1 point gone. Sometimes you may only get 22-24 hours per week while others are getting 60 hours per week.
