Very stressful and long working hours. Quality of life suffers greatly when working for this company. I've worked in multiple locations for Flowers and the difference from one location to the next can be day and night so be careful before accepting an offer. You will work holidays and weekends as well as 6 day weeks so be prepared to not have a family life. The hourly wages are low so the operations suffer due to employee commitment.
