Pros
Depending what position you hold, pay is mostly in line with where it should be. There are annual increases that usually come with the jobs.
Cons
As far as training goes... Minimal would be the way to describe it. You mostly get "Thrown to the dogs". Management style...there is no style. Micromanagement is the word for the day. Upper management won't let supervisors do their jobs, and so on. People get reprimanded on the spot in front of everyone. Not cool at all.
