Working with the independant distributors on increasing their sales. Health care benefits are decent.
Cons
Work week for Sales Managers average 70-85 hours per week. Averaged about $12 on high hour weeks. Company cannot convince any qualified people to in essence "purchase" their own job which makes it very hard to develop a competent workforce. Moral is the worst of any company I have ever been associated with. Have sat in on many interviews where prospective distributors are told they can change to better routes if one comes open....then when one comes open they are told that changes are no longer allowed. If you have a family, personal time is virtually non-existant and career advancement to other locations is frowned upon because they have a hard time filling the management positions.
